Window Shutters: $600 each x 27 windows per home = $16,200 x 2 homes = $32,400

Landscaping: $25,000 per house x 2 homes = $50,000

Streetlights lining road to Residential area: $683 x 24 streetlights = $17,000

Citizen Furnishings for homes: $20,000 per home x 2 homes = $40,000

Computer Equipment: $1,000 per home x 2 homes = $2,000

TVs: $500 x 3 per home = $1500 x 2 homes = $3,000

Grace Place stone entry and solar powered gate: $25,000

Welcome Home Fund: $3,000 per Citizen per month x 30% scholarship cap = $1,000 per Citizen per month x 12 months = $12,000
