All Tours run on Wednesdays from 10:15am to 11:30am.

Our tours are a BiG deal! You get a behind the scenes look at what we are all about. Make sure to reserve your spot, because they fill up quick! To sign up, choose a day and time below. To book a group of 4+, please call the office at 512-688-5004. We are unable to accommodate school groups at this time.

We welcome you to come early or stay after your tour to shop or try some of our tasty offerings in the café. We truly appreciate your interest in BiG and look forward to seeing you!

Note for prospective Citizen families: BiG currently only has active openings at our Austin campus. Applicants for our Georgetown locations will be put into a "waiting pool" for possible future openings.
